Case studies, project descriptions, and excerpts displayed on this website are shared with partner consent and are subject to the confidentiality and attribution provisions agreed in each engagement. If you believe content about your project has been displayed incorrectly or in breach of a prior agreement, please contact us immediately.

If the dispute is not resolved by negotiation, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Mumbai.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by a notice on the website.
